Great place to stay and a great trip

My family and I spent 1 week at this resort during the Christmas holidays, overall we were satisfied with our experience; the unit was larger than expected, and the living area was updated and clean. The bathroom however could use a little work. The parking situation was more than ideal and was the easiest I’ve seen out of any hotel in the area, and the host is quick to respond. They allowed us entry to our room 3 hours early, which was a real bonus to us given that we landed at 10:30AM. We were also surprised that the property came with free laundry easily accessible at the back of the building. The pool was heated, another great feature. The downside was that the property itself does look like it could use a little work all around, but overall, great experience and would recommend. Also, it was our first time in Hollywood, and being in the Dania Beach area was great as the beach was much more less busy than the Broadwalk area and finding a spot was a breeze.

Waves on The Soto is very good place for families with children. The place is very quiet and close to bus stops. We like to take bus trips to see the area where we were we also take a long walks. There are bikes if you want to ride a bike instead of riding bus ,walk or drive. Nice place!

This property was sooo conveniently close to a great beach! It was super easy parking right infront of the building. Its only 2 stories high with a just a few units. There is a decent pool and it was clean and quaint. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cute little place!

2 min walk to the beach

Perfect for if all you need is a place to stay and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and perfect for a nice little get away

It was a family trip with a baby, we really enjoyed our stay the beach is down the street i liked to walk in the neighborhood ( with the baby in the stroller) there are some construction work in the neighborhood so some roads were blocked , it was really great to have free laundry ,barbecue and bikes onsite, i do recommend the place.

Spent 4 days on a girls getaway Even though the weather was not ideal, the accommodations were fabulous! Bikes, bbq, pool, laundry, beach chairs-umbrellas all included! and enough towels to last a week and the price was very budget friendly the staff was great, and Vicky was wonderful we will definitely come back! This property is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to the water without breaking the bank. Great access, is clean, and is very close to so many things to do.

This place is perfect! Walking distance to the beach, secluded pool, beach chairs and towels provided in your room and close to every major highway making it super easy to get anywhere! Expedia kind of dropped the ball with us never receiving the email with check in procedures and codes however the property manager, Vickie, was super quick to send a text with the information as soon as I called!!
