Loved the property, the price and the fast communication with the agrr we by when we needed it. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. We used the bikes every morning. We will come back again.

While the property manager Vickie was more than attentive and responsive to our needs, the issues of outdated furnishings and appearance couldn't have been addressed by her. Two major issues were a rusty shower faucet, and dog feces in the pool area and on the pool border.

This place was super cute. Host was kind enough to put out a special welcome gift and decoration for my husband's birthday. We utilized the microwave, air fryer, Keurig, and refrigerator they provided. We also did a load of laundry at no cost. There were a couple of bikes we rode to a nearby sports bar to catch a Chargers game. We had a great stay!

Everything was included for a comfortable stay. Beach accessories: towels, 2 beach chairs, umbrella. Kitchen accessories including Keurig coffee machine.

Its a small apt but perfect for a short vacation. The only issue was the other tenants mind your business.

We had the best stay, we were in town for a short period of time and needed a clean and comfortable home for the weekend, this was exactly that. Easy to access and comfortable and quiet accommodations.

The owner of this establishment was amazing. She personally checked on us and made sure everything was perfect. The location is within a short walk to the beach. Plenty of shopping in the area. Love this location and will return again.

Good communication from property manager Vickie, overall cleanliness was incredible, super close to the beach for great walkability anytime of the day, bikes for use to tour around Hollywood!! Just cannot say enough of this nostalgic place!!
