Waves On Desoto

Cutest property ever! Loved that it was small and quiet. The room was upstairs with large windows all around! It did not have an ocean view but was a very quick walk to the beach. I will definitely stay again and would highly recommend! The pool deck definitely needs work but the pool itself was clean and refreshing!

The perfect place for a solo weekend! The property is older and could use a little TLC, but the rooms were impeccably clean and spacious. I could hear my neighbors, but they were young and having a good time. Overall it was a mix of families, couples. The bikes and chairs are an added bonus and really made the beach time easy! I needed assistance with the bike locks and I got a text back quickly.

Cute place great for couples and families, the rooms has everything you might need, clean, the pool is perfect, bike not in the best shape but they work for a little ride, the best thing about this place is that you can walk 2 min and you will be at the beach amazing We spent 4 nights we were able to use the towel that they provided and use the laundry room to wash them when needed they provided beach chairs and umbrella which was amazing

Great location!

Stayed for 3 days/2 nights and loved it! The room had an air fryer, keurig, and mini fridge which were very convenient. The pool was clean and nice to relax in. The beach was only a two minute walk and the complementary beach chairs were perfect!! We faced a slight complication but the property manager was very kind and helped us immediately.

Waves on Desoto is a quaint smaller property with a nice pool and an easy walk to the beach. The property has 10 accommodations which are well appointed with many amenities, including beach towels & chairs. The beds are very comfortable! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a less busy beach but a very nice walk or quick bike ride into the main Hollywood Beach business area with bars, restaurants, busy beaches and a beautiful boardwalk. Waves property manager, Vickie, was super helpful and accommodated our many special requests. The cleaning crew were also excellent! The location was perfect! Very close to the airport, close to the beach and our new favourite restaurant, Tiki Tiki, which is only a 5 minute walk from Waves. My only recommendation is a little work on the pool deck area, could use some levelling off and some fresh paint. The bikes available to use for free could use new chains and maybe someone could add air to the tires once and a while. Otherwise amazing, we’ll be back again!

Loved that they had bikes you could borrow (no charge!) To ride down to Hollywood Beach and the boardwalk. The also provided beach chairs, towels for the beach and a pool on site. Definitely recommend this as a great location and place to stay in Hollywood.
