The whole atmosphere around it is spectacular. Love the location.

Very great. Will definitely choose here again... two bedrooms and two bathrooms, complete with all necessary facilities.

The apartment is spacious, full of light and equipped with everything one may need. Plenty of parking around and very close to DC. Very quick replies to any queries. Also very quiet.

The digital guide should include more specific details about the apartment.

Es ist ein schönes, großes und helles Appartment mit großartigem Ausblick über die Umgebung. Es ist komplett eingerichtet, hat zwei schöne Bäder, eine gute Küche und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Der zusätzlich gebuchte Parkplatz war zwar nicht günstig, aber komfortabel.

Auf den umliegenden Dächern sind riesige Klimaanlagen - als Norddeutscher ist man solche lauten Aggregate nicht gewohnt. Ende Oktober war saisonal bedingt der Pool schon in der Winterpause.

I am baffled by the other reviews. Take note this a VERY dated, in no way luxurious apartment. The carpet is old, stained and screaming for a cleaning. Same with the upholstered furniture-literally sweat stained. Thankfully sheets and towels were clean or we would have interrupted our short stay and moved. Oh I forgot to mention the pool was green with algae. For the price per night this place is a total scam.

Clean, efficient, parking was tight but lots of residents. Would definitely go back!

Ma famille et moi avons tout aimé : - le quartier est magnifique, très sécurisé avec plusieurs commerces et restaurants aux alentours, la station de métro Virginia Square à 5 mn de marche bien que nous utilisions essentiellement l'application lyft pour nos déplacements, - l'immeuble très propre et ses commodités + piscine, jacuzzi, salle de sport, terrasse, 4 grands ascenseurs en service à l intérieur ce qui fait qu'en moins de deux on est a l'étage - l'appartement également était très propre, décoration moderne et fraiche avec tous les équipements nécessaires disponibles : micro ondes, cuisinière à gaz, four, frigo congélateur, lave vaisselle, lave et sèche-linge, ustensiles ... tout y est. - Il n y avait pas de balcon mais les fenêtres s'ouvrent sur une belle vue de la cours interne de l'immeuble et sur la ville et ses horizons, - Les concierges qui se succédaient a tour de rôle étaient gentils et serviables même lorsqu'il s'agissait de récupérer plusieurs fois par jour nos livraisons amazon, - Nous n'avions eu aucun contact physique avec l hôte et communiquions donc par message. Mais je l'ai senti très investi pour le confort de notre installation à travers ses messages. Il était très réactif à nos préoccupations. Bref, tout était P-A-R-F-A-I-T. On était comme à la maison, très à l'aise. Je valide et recommande 1000 fois.

Franchement je n ai rien à signaler.

Location is good but be prepared for the volume of messages you will be harassed with by the letting agency. Also the tone of these emails, constant instructions like you are their employee. Property could do with a bit of deep clean. Noisy and old air conditioner, there is now way you can sleep when it's switched on.
