Easy to get in stay was wonderful

Could of had a bathtub

The decor was nice. It was nice to have a stand up refrigerator, two burner stove,convection microwave oven,dishes and glasses.

Shower was so small,as was the vanity. Only one hook in bathroom. Could hear the people upstairs loudly until 10-11 pm.

Read this review and RUN! This is not a hotel, it’s a small room above a store. When calling to verify the address they answered “hello?” That should have warned me. There were people partying in the street below until late in the night. Granted this is not the establishments fault but should warn you that there are locals who like to party at all hours of the night. I woke up to cockroaches in my bed! After jumping up I ran to the bathroom and noticed cockroaches scurrying when turning the light on. I tried to shower, yet there was no hot water. It was literally the worst overnight stay I have had and I used to travel with my employer. I left at 5 am with a wet head frantic to get out of there. I tried reaching out to both bookings.com and the establishment. Neither would give me a refund for the 2nd night I had booked to initially stay. I wouldn’t suggest this pace to my worst enemy.

Everything, the location, customer service and the BUGS,

Easy access and everything was comfortable , provide essential like towel , shower products , kitchen essential etc

The communication in between the owner at the moment of me being in the location was bas , the AC was not working and I wasn’t able to text him trough the app and no answer to call until the day of checkout and the checkout late fee was too high just for a couple hours. And the room was not as big as the pictures so I thing that the price was not fair.

didn't look like the best part of town but it was quiet and we had no troubles at all. the mexican restaurant/grocery store below was great!

knowing where to park when we got there. We also didn't realize that we had to lock the door when we left the room.

Bed was comfy, full sized fridge & good TV.

Parking situation is HORRENDUS with no defined parking, people parking in the driveway causing problems getting in, etc. Nobody answered the phone number in the Email to contact if there's an issue. After finally searching through Emails figured out how to get in & what room number since it's not obvious in the Email. Room smelled of weed (signs posted NO SMOKING), window to room was open, dirty towels on floor of bathroom, food/drink left in fridge & freezer, room was smaller than my cruise cabin, and noise from outside the building was almost like not having walls at all even with the window closed.
