There was nothing I didn't like.

The price was great. The room was very nice and clean with a decent amount of space.

The TV was really small. A lot stairs to go up to get to the room. The bed was too soft and the frame wasn't supportive.

We were giving an address on the booking sight. We arrived at 4 pm to that address because we had not heard anything from the hotel all day. They confirmed the reservation but never gave check in information until 10 pm that night. We already went and got a room somewhere else because we had just drove for 8 hours. I disputed the charges on my cc and was still charges $132 for a room I never checked into.

Never got checked in so I cant say, I don't like how they handle bookings

We took one look around and never checked in. The neighborhood was not good. We were very concerned for our safety and the safety of our rental car in that neighborhood. There was no one on site and on the phone were even annoyed we called for help getting access. We're surprised and disappointed with Booking.com over this. We finally got an agent on the phone after 1/2 hour wait, the agent took our information, cancellation and reasons then abruptly ended the call with no help of any kind.
