"Superb"

Instructions were clear and readily available. Phone number was given for anything we needed. Parking was cheaper than hotels. Nice to have washer and dryer with detergent.

Nice place. For 3 people, an additional couch or chair would have been more comfortable. We had our own coffee but no regular coffee maker was available. We couldn't regulate the heat during the Nashville cold snap. We could have texted per the owner's instruction, but we didn't.

Great location, well equipped gym and if it’s nice out - the outdoor space is terrific. Had all that you would need for a quick stay in Nashville.
