It was clean and very comfortable

Unit is well appointed, conveniently located and we had everything we could ask for.

Communication was spotty. Asked days ahead about check-in process and possibility of early check in but no response. Asked a couple of times again and by the time they responded it was too late. We had to book another place just to keep our bags in till check in time. In general any request would take a couple of hours before anybody responded (seems like a management company running the operations like most places nowadays, there is no personal touch in service). For the amount of money the place charged I expected a lot better.

Convenient Location and the view of the city was nice. Home was clean as pictured.

The communication of paying an additional fee via over the phone for parking was bizarre and not being able to pay at the location is crazy. It is beyond crazy to request to pay to park on residential Lott via phone 30 minutes before check in. And when I questioned it, the host stated the fee is in the listing. I responded by stating the process was in question? I ask could I pay at the property and she stated I had to pay over the phone. That’s a fee that should not be- seems pretty unreasonable for residential property. Or you need to include it at the time of processing the initial payment of the booking. You called from a unknown # and state your calling for the parking payment. When I stated the communication should have been via email or text so I can ensure I was doing business as trusted bc I booked the service through a trusted website, then she immediately became rude and stated that she called all morning. I stated I do not answer unknown calls and again the communication should have came from the website. Very bad customer service and it’s giving all the signs of scamming any additional fee just because your hosting. Again. It’s fine to pay for parking but your process to collect a fee via phone did not make me feel comfortable at all. No link or anything. Asking me to send a picture of the key to place in your lock box is crazy also.

Great location. Very easy check in and check out. Property Manager was very pleasant. Absolutely recommend this place and would stay again.

Property was good size with good security.

A wee bit far to walk to lower Broadway and the smudges on the glass and stainless steel made the property not appear as clean. It was clean though!

Space was perfect for our party, location was great, newly renovated. Would definitely recommend. Host was SUPER responsive and helpful (and had a good sense of humour :)! Parking super spacious (we had one oversized vehicle, no issue whatsoever with space/access!

Parking fees were not disclosed prior to visit, expected was included and was an additional cost. Due to our party 'logistics' a second fob would have been helpful, but we didn't request and worked it out anyways.

Loved the location. It was clean for the most part and had plenty of space for a group of 6. Would definitely stay again!

Under the couch and bed was dirty. Not quiet enough towels/washcloths but we made do. Also outlet in one bathroom didn’t work but we notified the property and they were glad we told them and I am sure will have it repaired. Checkin was a bit difficult but from my understanding most properties in Nashville are the same.
