Communication was great and responsive. Location decent for the Gulch and down town.

This is a really nice apartment but we felt it lacked in general cleanliness. For example, The microwave was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in an age. The kitchen surfaces were not clean and we had to do this ourselves on arrival. I have suggested to the host that they revisit the cleaning team responsible as it was not as good as it should have been for a hire of this nature.
