Midnight Manor Penthouse Suite The Gulch

Lovely place, location was a wee but far from main area but walkable in 15-20 minutes. Very secure. 2 full size bathrooms, plenty storage, fully functional kitchen and washer/dryer so you get it all done before returning home

Only thing we would suggest is bedside cabinets and/or shelf beside bed for phones, things you want to have beside you, and a USB plug for your phones to charge

I liked the cleanliness and sound-proofing and the 2 full baths. Very spacious and roomy.

I didn't like the fact that the owner only did what felt necessary to have an Air BNB. I expect there to be no less than a thank you card for the stay, some bottles of water, or something. There was nothing complimentary there. Even hotels give complimentary. I've stayed at Air BNBs before, where the owner did their best to make the guests feel welcomed. It made the guests want to return for the next visit at that location. While the necessities were furnished (i.e. hand and bath soap, toilet tissue, towels, and hand clothes), it was basic for the amount of money spent. Clothes and towels were stained or bleached, and the shower curtain in one bath was too long into the tub with nothing for assistance to get in and out. There was no option on pillows for the beds. There were shams and super soft pillows. Should have been at least one soft and one firmer pillow for those with neck and/or back issues. The space was also listed as penthouse; there was nothing penthouse about it. Didn't like what was considered to us as false advertisement. In conclusion, there is room for improvement by the owners to better the space for welcoming guests who could stay anywhere else and spend the money to meet their expectations.

Size and layout!!

Really wanted to be closer to downtown! Hard to get in with all the codes. Not enough living room seating!

The location, amenities, clean, great price.

Would have liked a TV in both bedrooms, could have used a dresser in the rooms (3 days), more side tables and larger coffee table, and maybe a rocker or another chair in the living room.

Die unterkunft ist gut gelegen mit Parkmöglichkeiten. (Parken kostet zusätzlich 30.- am Tag). Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und auch das Wohnzimmer ist schön. Im Wohnhaus hat es einen Aufenthaltsbereich sowie ein Gym und auch eine Terrasse. Das Check in wurde ohne direkten kontakt getätigt. Viele Infos, aber es hat alles wunderbar geklappt.

Die Abflüsse waren leider etwas verstopft. Ausserdem hat es im ganzen Wohngebäude (10 Stockwerke mit vielen Wohnungen) nur 1 Aufzug.

Great location, easy parking, spacious, lots of towels and great communication.
