Global Luxury Suites at Reston

Location was good as was cleanliness and furnishings.

* Much more difficult than necessary in getting parking access. Had to pay two days on our own before we finally got the parking we had requested prior to our arrival. * Would've been nice to have more than just one trash bag for our one week stay.

The set up of the space was great and the overall look was nice.

The bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet water would be slow to fill up in the tank.

When I arrived Churchhill had not prepared the guest packet for me, so the person at the property was not able to give me a key. 8pm on a Monday I had to contact their night help desk. The person there was confused. I waited around in the lobby for about 15 minutes while she figured it out. My dinner got cold and my groceries got warm. I was never given the customary information - including wifi details. When I finally got into the unit, there was a dog barking in the unit next door for 3 hours. The walls were so paper thin it might as well have been in the unit with me.

I didn’t like the place way too expensive for what it is, I’d rather go to a hotel.

My stay was amazing. The only downside is that I forgot my jacket and when I realized and went back the concierge could t let me n to get it and we could not reach anyone at Global Luxury.

Do not book if you intend to have the amenities of a hotel. No option to use the property amenities either before 4pm on check in day or after 11am on check out day. Other than that the property is beautiful but wouldn’t book again for my needs.
