The bed was kind of small and very firm. But not to bad!

No support for room issues issues (beeping fire alarm) after 6pm. Confusing layout, with 1 elevator out of service.

Nice property. Well-tended and furnished common facilities. Convenient location (nearby Whole Foods, Metro Stop)

Just the confusion to get access to the property and room was not a good experience

Water pressure was terrible in the kitchen and shower. Furniture broken. Coffee but No filters for coffee maker. Too expensive for 2-3 hours late check out.

The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful…I wish I got his name but he was welcoming and super friendly. When I walked into the unit, the TV was on and it sounded like someone else was there…which startled me. There was a door missing from the bathroom vanity, there was trash in the kitchen disposal, no hangers in the closet and scuff marks on all of the bedroom walls and dresser. I’ve stayed at other Global Suites before but this one could definitely use a little TLC.

no one available to talk. we wanted some blankets and given after 24 hrs. Also ,the helpline number is useless as no one available.

no one to answer any questions from Global. The hotel guys were more helpful but could do only thant much.
