While the phone and text support was relatively helpful, I felt like this property was experimenting with a new concept when it wasnt already fully tested and ready to go. This property could be an interesting concept in the future but one that I likely won't be staying any time in the near future.

"Would book again the apartment was perfect and just like the pictures"

I loved the view, for a studio apartment it was very spacious and cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking essentials

The parking situation. Someone broke into my car on the first night. Parking validation would be excellent. As the parking garage wanted $70 for 12 hours.

The stovetop wasn’t already on or working didn’t do too much to try and turn it on aside from the simple buttons

We really like the place, but we came home after dinner on our second night and the room had a toxic smell that forced us to leave the room. Customer service was nice with communication, but we had to find a new hotel. Other than this, it was a great room in a great part of town.

Property location was close to downtown and eateries .. Nice furniture and bedding. Nice kitchen..lots of towels. Soap and shampoo. Shower very clean. Great TV.. Negative.. but they did say would fix.. AIr Conditioner pipe had a leak in it.. There was a portable one that worked well. Clean except floor needed to be washed in kitchen and bathroom. I think last visitor had walked in black stone. Not apparent until you walked barefoot. Will go back again.
