Nothing in particular but please beware that there is no elevator for people (common in Italy), also those with multiple big luggages (3+) might find a room to be a bit small.
ITThe elevator was out of service, so going up and down from the third floor was a bit inconvenient and tiring, but apart from that, everything was perfect!!

ESStaff is nice. The breakfast was good and location was perfect.
Considering the cost of one night, I wasn't expecting to feel like I was in a cheap hostel. Beds weren't very comfy, TV was tiny, AC didn't work, weird hair dryer on the wall that was awkward to use... Thin walls, I could hear whoever was walking outside and I could even hear my neighbour going to the toilet... I'm glad we stayed just for one night
