"Oasis in a quiet, beautiful resort with excellent restaurant and comforts."

Masseria del Carboj was a delightful, quiet resort in the middle of agricultural fields of olive trees and artichokes. I was stunned to find such a beautiful oasis. The staff and host were very attentive to our needs. The restaurant was excellent and the wine offerings were delightful. Breakfasts were hardy and had the same attention to detail. Our room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed. The birdsong and the night sky made this a unique setting.

Wir wurden sehr sympathisch und mit einem Glas Wein willkommengeheissen. Marco und seine Crew haben uns und die anderen Gäste sehr gut umsorgt. Der umfassende Service war sehr professionell. Uns wurde in allen Belangen Hilfe angeboten, sei es für wertvolle Tipps, Reservierungen in umliegenden Restaurants oder unsere Weiterreise nach Palermo.

Marco and his team were wonderful hosts. The hotel is beautifully situated with great views all around. The food, wine and service were all wonderful. Lovely pool. Enjoyed a very relaxing few days. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Masseria del Carboj. The property is in a beautiful location, with incredible views. The room and building is so lovely and the food was perfect. The absolutely best thing was the lovely team who totally made our stay.
