Location was great, room was good overall

Unfortunately they were unable to provide wifi details, so no wifi for 3 days and there was an odd smell in the room which grew worse during night time.

"Communication needs to be better"

The room itself was well put together

1. Checkin was a horrid experience. The staff did not contact me to provide check in details. I contacted them 5pm the day of check in and the WhatsApp number they provided on this platform was incorrect. Then when I got to the unit I realized I was not provided a unit number in the checkin instructions 2. The bathroom was not clean. There was dried soaps and shampoos from previous stays

Nice clean room everyday. Lovely maid friendly and welcoming. The owner helped with booking restaurants and gave lots of useful information like places to park eat. Great welcome email and really fast response to any issues or questions. Great location.

TV didn't work but we didn't need it.

"Starlight Luxury Suites - Split, Croatia"

Our stay was over 2 periods (May 12-19 and May 26-29). Our experience was excellent mainly because of Valentina and the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff did such a great job everyday but a very special thank you to Valentina for accommodating our several requests (sorry for bugging you so much Valentina). Accommodating our main luggage while we went to Italy was a great help to us. Also appreciate the “good to know” notes that you sent to us about the area. Would definitely come here again.
