Clean and spacious, especially the bathroom. Silent air conditioning. If you are not in a hurry, the breakfast to the restaurant is a good choice. It is located on the sea side, in a nice square.

Last minute parking wasn't possible at the location. Breakfast not available at the location. You have to walk 500 metres to the restaurants..

great location, lovely building and well equipped

Everything was perfect. Staff is very friendly and helping. We even got a PDF with recommendations. Old town is 5 minutes walking. Steam shower is amazing. Totally recommend. There is a clothes steamer and they even have beach towels if you ask for it!!

Keep in mind, there is no microwave or anything similar. You will have to eat outside (not a problem if you are vacationing at split though :) )

First and the most valuable: the apartment is located in front of the city center. You just cross a street and that's it. Very good location. The apartment, is a kind a room in a minihotel of 4 rooms with your own private bathroom. The room is quite spacious with a big bathroom, you have pretty everything to spend a couple of days there. Bed was extremely comfortable and big. Miss it. Steambath is a nice option to the douche, so my wife enjoyed it. Communication with the manager was easy via Whatsapp, they sent us some nice to visit places in the city. The breakfast in a nearby restaurant was good for its price.

We expected a little bit more for payed price. At least cleanliness. But some parts of the bathroom was dirty (sometimes because of excessive design, that cannot be clean easily), dust and hairs was bad surprize for us. In the minibar we found somebody's food. Looks like the cleaning before us didn't pay too much attention. We haven't found any tea or coffee, however they were delivered (along with our vouchers for breakfast) after communication with the manager. We haven't ordered parking from the mini-hotel service, but even to park your car for a minute there to load/unload the baggage is a bit difficult because of tight space. Free parking spaces can be found inside the quarter, but not easy to get there.

Very clean, modern, beach towels were available upon request, towels changed every day, shampoo conditioner body wash all included. No issues with the air con and great location short walking distance from the centre.
