"Overall it is excellent."

Valentina dealing with the hotel is very helpful and good at hosting. The room is very clean and it’s located in perfect spot very close to old town so you can reach every where with in 5 minutes by walking.

Guessing due to the structure of the building, the footsteps from the upper Floor. There are detectors (sure they have a reason) that are mounted every edges of ceiling in every room even in the toilet. When you move it detects your movement and blinks in red which is very annoying.

The rooms are located in the perfect part of Split. Right in the center of the city with everything worth seeing a short walk away. Check-in was seamless, even after coming in after the posted hours due to a late ferry. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating for all of your needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

"Room in city center with private parking space 10/10"

We stayed in Split for 1 night on our way to Hvar. Before arrival I got information were we can leave our car as property has private garage. Owner is brilliant lady, her knowledge about Split and ancient Salona made our short stay remarkable. The room is located in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to the Diocletian palace. It is in safety area and quiet at night. 10/10

"Wonderful and quiet, the staff is very pleasant"

My wife and I had a wonderful stay, and I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the room was, while being so close to the city centre. I had to have a videoconference for my business and I used the room's smart TV to connect, which went great, as the wi-fi was super-fast. The staff was also informative and quick to help.

Au top ! Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Décoré avec goût, le logement peut accueillir 4 personnes très confortablement, l'accès autonome est un plus et sa situation géographique est au top... Au calme à 1 minute de la golden Gate de la vieille. Un rapport qualité-prix remarquable !!!
