Very nice hotel with fantastic sea panorama view, just a few meters from the beach. Super gentle employees!

The touristic season has not started yet so there was no breakfast buffet. The friendly guy who made us breakfast did not know how to make a hot coffee and it took him too long to bake some eggs and bring the food to the table. He compensated by being very, very friendly. The spa facilities where not available for free and costs were high.

Excellent hotel and accommodations. Everything looks brand new, extremely comfortable beds and high quality bed linens, big rooms, big balcony, sea view right on the beach, very good breakfast. Massage services and spa facilities are great. We did not use the outdoor swimming pool (it was too cold outside), but it surely looks like a great option in the summer. Very nice staff and amazing services at the hotel.

The choice of restaurants around the hotel was not very good in Ali Terme. Most of them were closed (even the ones that their website or google) indicated they were open, likely because it was offseason and not many tourists. We wanted to try Il Piccadilly which has great reviews and was recommended by the hotel, but the restaurant was closed on a Monday evening even thought the sign on the door said it was opened every day except Wednesdays. We ended up eating at another restaurant close to the hotel (ERA URA), which was very bad, possibly one of the worst restaurants I have tried, everything was oily and the "fresh catch" of the day was definitely neither fresh nor caught recently. Even the salads were very bad and lacked the basic ingredients. Luckily the hotel had good breakfast. :) The hotel did not offer diner or lunch, so we recommend one of the restaurants in Taormina or Forza d'Agro, which are a good 20 min by car up the mountain.
