Schöne neue Hotelanlage. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Direkt am Strand mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten beim benachbarten ARD und nahegelegten Bars/Restaurants. E-Bikes werden zum Verleih auch angeboten.

We adored this hotel. The staff went above and beyond every day to ensure our stay was perfect and we're so genuinely kind. The facilities are modern, well-cared for and impeccably clean. I also used the spa, which was like a treasure trove of delights to explore, and had a massage so good I fell asleep. Breakfast was so fresh, delicious and tailored to our tastes specifically.

I honestly can't think of anything negative.

A beautiful, superbly appointed hotel in a lovely, little seaside town. The facility is tasteful and clean. The staff were efficient, friendly and exceedingly helpful. The spa facilities are well laid out. The spa technicians are professional and knowledgeable with regard to treatments. Some of the best I’ve ever received.

The hotel is completely new, nice, clean. Trying to make a good impression. We had a problem with the room lock, we got free wellness, that was nice.The pool was very nice and the view beautiful, the sea right in front of the hotel, clean, warm, great out of season. The staff was really nice.

A few things that are very damaging to the hotel. BAN on bringing your own food to the room. There was no mention of the food ban on the Booking. We have been to much more luxurious hotels, and this is really not normal. One couple had problem with it - they even wanted to pay a fine. We also brought food to our room and we wouldn't pay anything for it. Reason? There is no possibility to eat anywhere during the siesta in this location. There is a (very well stocked) shop and grocery store available. The hotel does not charge for lunch. Should we starve or eat on the street in front of the hotel? This ban is ridiculous, because you CAN eat breakfast from the hotel in your room. I think if someone wants a more "expensive" and luxurious hotel, the staff must be able to speak English better. The towels had threads everywhere and didn't smell clean, try it, also limescale in the shower. Prices for cocktails very high but the cocktail was not up to the quality. There was no menu anywhere and it wasn't even in English. The problem is if you want to order you have to wait for someone or go all the way down to reception. A hotel that has smart tablets in the rooms can't have one by the pool for orders? All these big and small details are very important when you want to have a luxury wellness hotel. The staff really tried, but what you are after in this concept needs more. The hotel has great potential. Be friendlier to some things and prices.

Clean and well maintained

The ladies working the front desk were exceptional. We stayed at 7 hotels during our visit to Sicily and this was by far the best service we received. Massage was phenomenal too.

We came in September so not much was open around us. The staff hooked us up w a driver for our ur entire stay though.

Location right next to the beach, including stunning sea views from room and balcony. Clean and modern rooms and facilities, nice pool.

No umbrellas in the pool area - almost all sunbeds are in the sun. Very noisy surroundings - especially at nighttime when the area in front of the hotel turns into a meeting point for young people.
