The spa is amazing . We had the best massage ever … very nice and professional girls . The hotel is new and very clean and comfortable. Staff excellent and help you with any questions . Very friendly . Overall very nice experience . Beach also across the road

The area is quite . Need a car to travel around but that was not a problem for us as we had our own car .

The bedrooms are located on the floor below the restaurant. There is quite a lot of noise when the staff move/drag the tables around in preparation for breakfast after midnight. The music from the restaurant and in the corridors is loud even during the day. In the access friendly room -the bathroom was not well arranged with the toilet and shower too close. Shower leaked into bathroom as it had no tray. Also the bathroom smelled of drains.

Such a wonderful stay in Marino Wellness! The hotel is completely new renovated, the rooms have a lot of space&comfort, including a balcony straight to the seaside, perfect to spend a romantic evening and to wake up with a great view! The staff is super professional,everyone is speaking fluently English and help you with anything you have. I needed a glass for wine, a bottle opener and they organized everything for me within few minutes. Grazie. The pool is super clean, you have a lot of space to relax and enjoy sunbathing with really nice music. The dinner was excellent and the bartender+ cook were extraordinary attentive! The hotel is located DIRECTLY in front of the sea and has a small supermarket next to it, just in case you desire something more. Forget about the nightlife in this small town, there is none, but it's the perfect place to relax your soul. I will come back for sure and recommend the hotel to my family&friends. Cleanliness, staff, slight remoteness, and facilities were wonderful. Also, a beautiful beach was right out front :)

Room could use a second small garbage and AC was tricky, but owners worked diligently to make it work for us. It was good from there on out. These items were minor and didn't take away from experience at all.

Super clean room and very friendly and professional staff. The infinity pool is very nice and uncovers beautiful view towards the sea and of course Etna volcano. The breakfast was delicious and overall the premises and the service are of top quality!

Very noisy all the time. The location is very good (first line in front of the sea) but it comes at a price - the hotel is as well situated at the end of the beachfront road that ends with a small public parking and public garden. All the traffic comes under your window as well as all the teenagers that are chit-chatting during the whole night, coming and going with their small noisy motorcycles. Also the noise insulation of the hotel itself is very poor so you hear all the time what the people next room are talking, you hear them even when they are snoring at night. Expect to be awaken early in the morning when the staff starts working, it sounds like they are inside the room. And on top of that just wait to hear the noise when you (or your neighbours) unlock the room…

We loved the location right on the beach and close to the town. The spa was amazing fun and we had a spa experience for 4 of us with Prosecco. We had an amazing time. Rooms were nice with lovely balconies and all the staff were really accommodating and helpful. Breakfast overlooking the sea.

Could have been more selection for breakfast and although the staff were really friendly and helpful they were not always present.
