The Coolest Hotel

The staff, especially at check in, were so welcoming. The pool was a very cool feature, the view from the balcony was lovely and the hotel was in a great area for Busan beaches.

You can tell that the hotel is very new and therefore a lot of facilities weren’t open yet, like the bathrooms by the pool. I think they also sadly prioritised aesthetics over function in quite a few places, like no carpet in the bedrooms. Also the lip around the edge of the bath meant that the water from the shower had nowhere to go but to completely flood the bathroom floor, and with no carpet, this made the whole stay quite wet all over. Lastly, but probably the thing that would stop me from going back: the blinds are so light and flimsy they let ALL the morning light in, the fire exit sign above the door was so bright that even at night the light was bright enough to read off and then also, the hallway light was on a motion sensor which we couldn’t figure out how to turn off - my partner is tall and his legs hung off the bed, meaning that every time his feet moved the light would flash on and stay on for a number of minutes. I need dark to sleep, and there wasn’t any darkness at all throughout the whole night! The staff were lovely though and obviously trying hard. It’s obviously a very new hotel. If they fixed some of these things I might consider going back purely for the pool alone, but the pool was actually very small and I imagine would get very very busy at peak times, probably not worth it.

Amazing and helpful staff, unbelievable pool in the roof top, big clean room with the terrace, great peaceful location. The price is amazing for this kind of beautiful hotel!

The location is really quiet and it takes some time to get to the more livable areas of Busan. Thus that means the location is perfect to have a peaceful holiday and really chill out.

This hotel was very clean and spacious compared to the average Korean hotel. Great views of the beach and balcony was amazing! Pool was really fun and the to go breakfast was great. Overall, nice comfortable foreign friendly hotel.

The rooms were really beautiful and good value for money.

The place was further away from the main attractions and not the easiest to get to with public transport. But a nice places to chill out. The staff didn’t seem to know much about the area and didn’t follow up with any of my questions. There was a bright green fire escape sign in the room that didn’t dim at night - I had an eye mask but the whole room was lit up and I asked about it twice but had no follow up. I also asked how to get to the main attractions and they didn’t know. They suggested I get a 1 hour 45 min bus ride but I found out Uber is fairly reasonable and took 20mins. When I said this to the concierge she said no I’d still get the bus which I ignored. The last thing was they won’t let you use the pool the day you check out - this is the only hotel who has ever told me this. I said this to the concierge and they said, our hotel our rules…. I hadn’t used it the other 2 days I was there so thought this was a little odd.

Easy access and nears lots restaurants. Nice walk on the beach.

Great location and very helpful staff, we wanted to stay an extra night at short notice which wasn’t a problem and we had some specific requests for breakfast that were also accommodated. The room was spacious, the facilities were all in good order and we loved the view and balcony!

We were a bit disturbed and the volume of plastic waste during our stay, water is all in plastic bottles (small ones, which means you are given lots of them) and the breakfast (which is hard to complain about because it was free) required more plastic than I’d usually consume in a week at home. It’s also worth highlighting that the description states ‘private pool’, it’s not private (which we thought was clear from the photos) and it doesn’t quite look as luxurious as the photos but it was a very nice pool!

Great hotel, beautiful views and wonderful rooms with everything you need. Loved the breakfast packs and sitting out on the balcony overlooking the beach.
