Other than the view this hotel is mediocre at best. The customer service is horrid except for the young man who works on reception. He worked above and beyond to address our issues with compassion. The rest of the front desk staff had attitudes and did not address our hotel room air conditioning issues with any sort of caring or timeliness. The food is mediocre at best in the hotel. Again staff had attitudes and did not make you feel welcome. The breakfast was poor compared to our other hotels in Sicily. I would not stay here again. So you have a reference I am a road warrior and I’m life time elite at Marriott and Hilton. My recommendation stay elsewhere!

Kom desverre sent og fikk ikke benyttet oss av basseng etc. hyggelig betjening også i restaurant. Middagsmenyen ok, frokost allsidig og bra. Må ha bil for å komme hit, men lite støy fra vei etc. dog noe støy på natta fra folk som kom.

Very nice

Very pretty hotel with gorgeous views. Unfortunately we got a room with some issues in the bathroom that we were not told about. When coming back from breakfast, there was a handy man in our room with all kinds of supplies for a longer period of time and we were unable to use the bathroom or room for that time. Communication was difficult due to language barrier but it ultimately was resolved and otherwise everything was fine.

Everything was very good, except restaurant at dinner were very full, and had to wait a bit.

The view from the hotel was stunning. You get the best of both side: easy access to Erice and Trapani. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quite time

Vi var der kun kort tid så det er svært at give en god bedømmelse, morgenmad var super god.

They dont have ironing board to ron clothes on. We needed to remind them to change towels.
