Best breakfast ever experienced travelling in Italy

Una estancia muy agradable. Unas vistas espectaculares. Buen restaurante. Piscina muy conveniente.

The pluses: the views were amazing and the proximity to Erice was convenient. The breakfast was pretty good.though it wasn’t kept stocked… if you got there near the end, you got whatever was left and the staff started putting it anway 30 minutes before the stated end time. The bed - while pretty in crisp white linens - was hard and thin. To be fair, we stayed in four hotels this trip and only had a comfortable bed in one so maybe I just have different mattress expectations than the locals. My only MAJOR complaint was the air conditioning. Though you could set it for 19-24 degrees centigrade (66-74), it never got cool - if I had to guess it was 26 (78 ). I asked the desk for help and the lady was indifferent. When I woke at 4am sweating and sought relief in the nighttime lobby, the night clerk did what he could and reset the AC. I don’t know what the issue was but suspect the AC turns off with a timer or perhaps with the bedside switches (for eco-reasons?). Anyway, sleeping was NOT a pleasure here.

Was truly excited for our stay at this highly rated resort. When it comes to location & facilities I couldn’t agree more, it’s gorgeous and provides an unforgettable experience. However, it’s disappointing when it comes to consistency of providing 5 star service. Some of the staff is wonderful but others are not. Especially when it comes to the restaurant, the food is mediocre and unappetizing. I would not recommend their restaurant if you want good Italian cuisine & would also warn you that the concierge will not provide you with the best way to spend your time at the resort.

Ein bequemes Hotel in fantastischer Lage auf dem Weg nach Erice. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ein bisschen unterkühlt vom Styling. Würde die Bar nicht aussehen wie eine Kantine, hätte ich einen fünften Stern vergeben. Frühstücksbuffet wie überall in Italien schwer zuckerlastig. Empfehlenswert.
