Location: proximity to Como city centre, the lake and shops, restaurants and the bus station. Comfortable and clean rooms. Pricing was great and affordable. The Convo Team: Isabella and Anna are absolutely wonderful, warm, helpful and caring. Customer service at its best. Loved Jack Sparrow (Isabella's dog) he was the highlight for us and brightened up our days :)
