There was nothing to dislike

We were welcomed by Anna who gave us all a lovely warm hug and said she was so glad we had arrived safely, it was such a genuine touch that I’ve never had at a hotel before. I didn’t get the managers name but she really couldn’t do enough for us including looking after my elderly parents, getting extra blankets and heaters as it was cold. Additionally, she gave us rooms in the same floor and one even had a lake view which was wonderful. They gave us lots of helpful tips of where to go and what to do to make the most of our short stay. I also left my glasses behind by mistake and the staff at the Convo sent they to my home address in the UK!

There was only one small bin in the bathroom, if I’m being picky I would have liked a bigger bin. Also the mirrors in our room were too high for me as I am very short

Everyone who worked here was so friendly and lovely, all went the extra mile to make the efforts with us and to give us recommendations and things to make the most of our stay. We were moved rooms and had a view of the lake which was lovely, the location was brilliant.

Perfectly tucked away but still a few steps from the lake, shopping, restaurants, and beautiful views, the location is perfect! Isabella and her staff greeted us enthusiastically and were both charming and helpful, and went above and beyond in arranging transportation, suggesting restaurants, walks, etc. We fell in love with Jack Sparrow, the resident pup, and felt genuinely welcomed and at home. The price is reasonable, our room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Highly recommended!!

Anna and Frederica were 5 star but the hotel is no where near the photos on Expedia. Furnishing were of poor quality. No services available between 6 pm and 9 am.

Room OK. Beds clean and comfortable Needs maybe a freshen up and maybe would be better adding proper inbuilt cabinetry into the room. Shower pressure great but needs an update maybe put some tiles on wall to update this. Didn't like bidet so close to shower we didn't need this. Plugs slow for charging phones Pictures are a bit deceiving Loved the lady she was so helpful Breakfast OK but did'nt like having it off sight For price paid expected a bit better Location perfect though. I would want to stay more than 2 days there

La ubicación y la habitación, excelentes.

Poca comunicación con el personal del hotel, que no nos habia dejado claro que el checkout era autónomo, y que recién para las valijas podíamos dejarlas desde 8 30. Sumado a eso, teníamos q buscarlas antes de tiempo y nos limito el dia de paseo.

Property is very old, dark and run down and not anything like the pictures online. Our building did not have an elevator. Location was very good.
