The Convo Lake Como

Außergewöhnlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer ausreichend groß, Bett bequem. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum See und zur Gastronomie.

Da wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatten, wohl aufgrund von Sicherheit vergittert. Direkt an einer Straße, aber die Fenster gut isoliert.

Me siento totalmente ENGAÑADA!!!! Lo primero de todo, no nos alojaron en el hotel reservado sino que, tras hacer el check in, Anna, la recepcionista, y otra chica nos llevaron a un bed and breakfast cercano llamado “ In riva al Lago” donde nada se correspondía con lo reservado alegando que era “ más moderno” y que era de los mismos dueños. Nada que ver con la realidad. Aseo sucio y antiguo, habitación pequeña, habían mosquitos y el aire acondicionado estando apagado toda la noche haciendo ruido, por no hablar de aspecto mugriento y sucio y justo encima de la cama… pero no solo eso, intentaron “ contentarnos” dándonos un desayuno gratis en un sitio cercano llamado GOLOSITA, como medida de cortesía para lo cual entraron en la habitación sin nuestro consentimiento para dejarnos las invitaciones , nos escribieron un mensaje por whattsapp informándonos una vez habían entrado y dejado las tarjetas de cortesía encima de la cama. No lo disfrutamos, devolvimos tras el check out las tarjetas a la mujer de la recepción. Por supuesto el precio de la estancia en este lugar difiere mucho de los 125 euros que pagué por una habitación que no he disfrutado, ya que en la página de este alojamiento bed and breakfast el precio de la habitación donde nos alojaron es de 65 euros… estoy tremendamente enfadada. Unas actrices de primera!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

مكان بسيط ومتواضع ومرتب ومريح ونظيف جدا مهتمين بالنزلاء وصراحة اشكر العاملين كانو جدا لطيفين لو برجع برجع عشان قربه من السنتر

This was a perfect stay in Lake Como if you plan to be busy about town seeing the sites! We traveled by train, and this was only a few quick steps from the train station. The staff was super friendly and responsive. So close to all of the shopping and dining Lake Como has to offer. Highly recommend!

Super Lage

Etwas alt alles, aber ok.

We had an amazing stay at The Convo! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Como, just steps from the lake, shops, and ferry. What really stood out, though, was the kindness of the staff (and dog ofc). They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were very kind regarding our family situation. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotless. It’s a charming hotel with a warm, personal touch. We’d absolutely stay here again!
