Could not get TV to work or the radio

Great location and a decent size for a family of 4.

Opened our flat door on the first day and a dog from next door ran in. A bull terrier. He jumped on my children. The neighbour didn't make any effort to get him. The dog knocked my 1 year old to the ground and as you can imagine was quite shaken up. One evening the neighbours played really loud music until 245 am making our first night unbearable. There was also a bit of black mould on the walls of the apartment. In order to use the TV you had to have an account for different apps otherwise you were unable to use it.

The milk and the Welsh cakes the host left were a fantastic detail.

There is a nightclub on the ground floor of the property, and it is difficult to sleep due to the loud music. The club is open until 3:00 a.m.

The apartment was clean and fresh. Thank you for the welcome pack it was much appreciated. The beds were super comfy, and my wife who suffers with her back loved these. It was easy to setup the WiFi. Parking was straight forward. Good instructions to find the apartment, greatly appreciated along with the guide to Saundersfoot. Location wise to the beach was great. And a local tesco right on the doorstep.

The nightclub below was a bit of a shock, the only issue we encountered was the guests in the room next door, who were antisocial. A second key would have been appreciated. And instructions on how to turn the immersion heater were missing and it had not been turned on prior. But that's a very minor thing.

Not very clean stairwell leading to property, bin bags and pretty bad smell in entrance.

The apartment was ideal for us although I did message to say that the second bed needs tightening.

Nice cosy flat, it was clean and comfortable. We had a good stay and enjoyed our week in Saundersfoot. The location is excellent right next to the shops and only a couple of minutes to the main beach and harbour. We walked to Monkstone point at low tide and foraged some razor clams, the kids loved it.

There weren't many pots in the kitchen to cook with as there was only one saucepan and a frying pan. We didn't get great sleep as the neighbours were very noisy at night with music until the early hours and a lot of shouting and arguing going on, however we appreciate that the owners don't have a lot of control over this. That said me and my wife think the flat was fair value for money, the only thing putting us off returning would be the noisy neighbours.
