Harbour Court - 2 Bedroom Apartment - Saundersfoot

The property is ideally located in the heart of Saundersfoot with the bus stop right outside and a (pay and display) car park immediately behind. Within walking distance of all the facilities and beach. The apartment itself is quite small, but the two bedrooms are both good sizes. There was a lovely welcome pack when we arrived including tea, coffee and fresh milk which was a nice surprise. The amenities inside the apartment were basic, but clean, serviceable and all we needed and required for our stay.

The apartment is situated on the second floor with a communal staircase leading up to each deck. There was rubbish and recycling on each floor of the communal staircase (some of which was there before we arrived and remained as we were leaving). The staircase wasn’t lockable from the outside and smelt. Their is a nightclub on the ground floor of the block and we could hear the beat of music until 1.30/2.00 am even on the second floor!

The Apartment is located pretty much in the centre of Saundersfoot which makes it fantastic for accessing all the of local amenities and attractions. The apartment was spotless, clearly well maintained and was well furnished. The check in and Out process was simple and meant there was no waiting around.

While not under the control of the apartment owners, access to the apartment is via a stairwell that is used as a trash dump by other residents. There is a nightclub under the apartment building which on Saturdays causes the rumble of the beat to come through which may affect light sleepers.

All good bit noisy

The flat was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. When the shower curtain rail fell down two men turned up within the hour to put it back up.

There was a pile of rubbish at the top of the stairs leading to the flat. More was added to it as the week went on and it smelt.

It It was very well presented clean and tidy. Excellent throughout.

The The stairs did not complement the room, going to the third-floor needed some work done to it

Perfect location in Saundersfoot. Lovely flat, all well supplied and very clean. Nice and quiet considering in town!

The stairwell was a bit of a letdown due to rubbish being held there. Acceptable though, as only a good safe fireproof access.

Fantastic location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean, everything you need provided and comfortable beds.

Nothing really, only as said in other reviews, the stairwells were a bit grotty but obviously this is out of the owner's control.
