Harbour Court - 2 Bedroom Apartment - Saundersfoot

Once you get inside the apartment its so clean and has everything you need for your stay, there was even milk, teabags, coffee, sugar and yummy Walsh cakes, just what was needed after a long drive

The outside of the property is horrible, the stairwell has rubbish bags dumped in it and it smells awful, the neighbours are very noisy but the night club is worse, don't stay on a Saturday night

Effort hosts went through to carry out my requests and how homely it was made, it was clean and tidy inside also, and very thoughtful buying Welsh cakes, milk and having a nice set up in the kitchen. We also liked the fact there was a recommendation book of local things to do, also the DVD collection and WiFi.

We didn't like the outside stairwell of the apartment, rubbish bags left there and not clean, smelled of rubbish, and bugs

Apartment was clean and tidy. Facilities were great just let down by factors out of their control.

The communal stairway was filthy and smelled strongly of waste. The noise from surrounding apartments and the local nightclub was unbearable and we left one day early.

only flaw: the building is unfortunately dilapidated, the access stairs are horrible and dirty, too bad because the apartment itself is very nice

Cleanliness was spot on! All facilities in the flat were new and modern, comfy sofas. Super fast wifi and tv. Parking was handy and free over night too.

Not clear when booking that the lovely flat (cant fault the flat content at all) was above a busy and noisy nightclub!! This will prompt me to do more homework before booking somewhere next time.

Very clean tidy, close to beach shops pubs and restaurants parking behind the appartment for a small price, great communication from owners had everything you can think off wifi board games dvds and plenty of kitchen equipment towels amazing stay

Entrance way and stairs was quite off putting on arrival, but pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment.
