Bright and airy, very modern and clean, lovely to have on sweet bathrooms for each bedroom. Great location.

Soap dispensers in all bathrooms were empty Could do with smaller lamps to allow more room on the tables. Hot and cold taps in one bathroom were loose. Coat hooks by the back door were not hung up. Courtyard had lots of large weeds growing

Great property, excellent location straight down the steps onto the beach. Clean and tidy and pretty much had everything you need.

Need blackout blinds - come 4am it was so bright. Easy to change and would be a 10/10 all day long

Great location, nice layout, quiet.

Very hot - thicker blinds to keep out the sun would be good. Also (this is subjective) the bed was really soft and we prefer firm. Think all the floors need a good mop.

General: Lack of thorough cleaning - we found crumbs on all the dining chairs, some crumbs on the floor & some quite dusty surfaces. All windows are filthy. There is a knob missing on the wardrobe door in one of the bedrooms. The front door mat was completely soaking wet when we arrived. It looked as if it had been propped up against the wall by the door as there was a stain on the wall. It wasn’t clear whether the mat was wet from cleaning of common areas or is linked to the leak under the floor in the main en-suite (see below). We put the mat in the sun to dry during our stay. Main en-suite: Leak under tap to bath & shower with water collecting on tiled pipe cover. Cold tap turns around when used. Signs of leak under the floorboards all across the floor to the door. Signs of leaks in ceiling from upstairs. Taps on sink, especially cold tap, are loose. In another of the en-suites the hot tap & cold taps are at an angle & the hot tap is almost impossible to turn on. In all 3 bathrooms there were bulbs above the sinks which didn’t work. Bedrooms: The curtains are too thin to keep out light from outside lights at the back of the property or early morning sunlight & heat at the front. Blackout blinds or at least lined curtains are needed . Dining area: The table has been damaged on the left side nearest to the window. The window blind is broken. Kitchen area: The apartment is advertised as sleeping 6 but there is not enough cutlery & glasses for 6 (only 5 side plates (not matching other crockery), only 3 tumblers). There was no coffee machine of any sort which would be expected in a property of this type & cost. There are soap dispensers in the bathrooms, all of which were virtually empty. If soap is not going to be provided (which just seems penny pinching) remove the dispensers so it’s not so obvious.

This is a review for the two bed apartment. Lack of kitchen equipment, not even a chopping board, cheese grater, etc. TV has limited viewing. Not enough comfortable seating in lounge area, only really enough for two. Ensuite is not one. it's only a loo & washbasin. The hot tap in there is plumbed the wrong way. Floor in bathroom floods when having a shower. Windows do open, which is a problem in hot weather. Definitely king-size beds needed. This apartment is best for two people only.

When I booked the apartment I chose the one with a sea view however on arrival our accom was at the rear of the building. That said it did not detract from our stay. Would have liked some instruction booklets for the central heating and appliances but we muddled through. Also some brochures for attractions in the are would have been helpful. All in all we had a great time and we would book the Burlington again.

windows are not opening, it was ok in winter time, but for summer time I prefer to sleep with fresh air.

Location was good.

There were essential items missing which meant it was very difficult to self-cater. Also the shower over a very high bath was very difficult to climb into. There were no instructions on how to open the sash windows or to use the washer/drier. There was no spare bin liner for rubbish & no bin at all in the bathroom. No side tables to put a drink on.
