"Burlington Place July 2025"

The location and cleanliness of the apartment were very good

Open the door to the apartment and it bangs into the light fitting (first impressions) The roller blinds mechanism's are not strong enough for the size of blind (second bedroom blind non operable on arrival) The windows were too stiff to open without a superhuman effort Handle on frying pan loose and unsafe Taps in bathrooms not secured, the body spins when turning the tap on and off Barely enough crockery for three people (cracked mug in cupboard)

"We had a lovely stay!"

It was a clean and up to date property. And it was a great location, easy to work everything and comfortable place.

We thought that there were a few things the flat could have included - scissors in the kitchen - cafetiรจre - hooks on back of doors for hanging towels etc - little bin in both bathrooms. Feel free to ignore, just some things that might be good to have.

The property at first seemed good until we discovered it was extremely dirty, shower didnโ€™t work, beds awful, there was major building works all around the building which hadnโ€™t been advised at time of booking.

"Beautiful accommodation in the perfect location."

Close to beach and restaurants shops and pubs.

We would have given the property rating "10" but the blind in the bedrooms do not keep out the early morning sun, which rose just before 4am. Needs blackout blinds or a secondary curtain.

"Great location and value for money"

Best location, right on the sea front. Good communication and clear instructions for getting in. Beds and bedding were comfy. It was a really good size for 4 adults.

There wasn't enough hand soap or glasses that aren't wine glasses. Could also do with kitchen roll.

Spacious. Generally clean. Great location

Only given Yale key for front door. Door lock seemed quite loose so didnโ€™t necessarily feel safe at night. Could have done with being able to lock the other lock but key not supplied

Lovely apartment and location and comfy beds. Close to town centre, beach and restaurants

The ordering page stated that toiletries were provided but the property informed us that they were not which is unreasonable.
