Lovely apartment, has all you need if you want to cook in doors or a rainy day. Excellent location. Hubby loved the golf club view. Thank you, Burlington Place, for a lovely stay.

Only a little bit of feedback was the apartment was very dusty.

Lovely modern, clean apartment. Very close to beach. The apartment had stunning views. We’re already looking at booking again.

2nd night the flexihose burst in the bathroom behind the sink. My husband spent 2hrs with a mop & bucket to contain the water before an emergency plumber came. Not a relaxing evening or what we wanted at 7pm at night after putting our 15 month old to bed! We used the majority of our apartment towels to contain the water and the leak but no fresh towels were offered for the rest of our stay. The host suggested we wash them ourselves in the washing machine and she'd pay for the washing powder ... (not what you want to be doing on holiday) No hand soap in the master bathroom upon check-in, we had to buy our own from the local shop. Parking during peak times was very difficult due to the popular location.

Location of the property and it was lovely and quiet.

Good amenities Quiet

Having a back door that allowed elderly parents to walk around the side rather than use the stairs and lifts. All bedrooms were generous in size. Location was excellent, two minutes walk to the shops (via the back door), easy access to a promenade to walk along, quiet area and easy to park. Would recommend for the location alone.

The large free standing bath in the master bedroom looked great but was a little difficult to get in and out of as it was so deep - would have preferred a walk in shower. The walk in shower in one of the bedrooms was quite a squeeze to get in and out of due to the screen width and the position of the entrance quite close to the toilet. Some of the windows we could not get open - as we were there during a very hot spell it was a pain. Only one three-seater sofa for 6 guests and no potato peeler!
