Position on seafront Visually attractive Spacious - but only for 2 people Comfortable bed

Wrong directions to flat within building, wrong floor, wrong location in building, stiff key box appeared to reject code. Caused much confusion and searching around, this after a long and tiring journey. Defective wall-fixed shower head holder so that the shower head kept falling off, ejecting water all over bathroom. Seal on glass screen not water-tight. Bath has very high sides, no grab rail and slippery base, so it was hazardous to climb out. No sea view, instead an unattractive rear view Minimal kitchen equipment, just 4 of crockery /cutlery, not possible to do any creative cooking. £96 breakage deposit. I’ve rented holiday accommodation for years and have never had this. It feels overbearing.

Great location, amazing place really enjoyed our stay

There is a lot of little things that need fixing, the curtain rail was loose. The floor needs gluing and the place needs a deep clean. The windows were filthy, it’s was expensive so expected place to be perfect.

Excellent location and comfortable bed.

Apartment missing some basic things, like somewhere to hang your coat when you come in, a tea towel to dry dishes, a can opener or even hand soap in toilet in the toilet was not there. Kitchen very sparse. Also only given 1 toilet roll to last a family for 3 days. All things easily and cheaply remedied too, so hope feedback is noted.
