The property was beautiful, perfect location. The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean.

Good location. Flat itself was nice.

The bed broke in half when one of us sat on it, and we had to fix it ourselves so we could sleep. The blinds didn’t block out much light, and with the east-facing windows, the sunlight woke us up at around 5am. The host didn’t provide basic kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, or oil, and there was only one toilet roll. There were also no cleaning materials or equipment available, such as washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, a vacuum cleaner, or a dustpan and brush, so it was difficult to clean up after ourselves. The shower was also broken, so we couldn’t switch the handheld showerhead on.

Unfortunately the bath & shower leaked, and the beds were smaller & fairly uncomfortable. The flat requires some TLC due to broken window locks, broken shower, kitchen kick boards damaged and also poor security on flat door with only a single latch lock. Entrance to main building not maintained and lots of bird poo on main entrance plus poor decoration throughout stairwell leading into flats. Photos of the premises are not a reflection of the reality which was disappointing as this could be a amazing property.

Nothing! Maybe needed some veggie prep knives and a bread knife. Will be booking again.

Location was Perfect.. on the beachfront .. only 1 minute walk to Whelk Coppers Tea Room for breakfast (fantastic food & service); and another 1 minute walk into Sheringham town centre to mooch round the shops. Dinner we walked 15mins to Fishmongers Tavern (hidden gem). We stayed in room 16 (3rd floor), lots of Health & Safety throughout building 👍 Beds were comfortable, clean sheets, clean towels, clean spacious apartment. Quiet. We found Parking easy.

It felt slightly unloved here & there, but nothing to spoil the visit. We would stay again.

Difficult to self catering as 4 people staying but only 3 cups and 3 plates, no microwave proof bowls and dishwasher door wouldn't open to use.

The key box was easy to open but the directions given for where the flat was in the block were completely wrong. Flat 16 is on the third floor not the second and you need to turn right as you come out of the lift not left.

No cafeteria so we had to go out and buy one. Note about no welcome box was very abruptly worded and a bit strange as I was not expecting one. I also then started wondering about what else would be not at the apartment so ended up taking things like towels that I did not need to. A couple of the lights were flickering and reported these to the cleaners as they had arrived as we were leaving.
