Ivy Cellar - 2 Bedroom Apartment - Tenby

Great location. Close to the beaches and town centre.

The standard of cleanliness was very poor in this property.

Location was fine, beds comfy

Shower was very low so husband couldn’t shower Quite a few tatty bits in the kitchen Really noisy tenants above affected daughter sleeping

Noise from the property above. Family with young children upstairs running constantly across the floorboards and being woken at 6am! Need of better insulation between the properties to reduce noise levels. Could with TLC around the property also.

Location wise ok .. clean apart from the settee.

The noise coming from the tenants above started at 6pm and went on until midnight. Running around moving furniture kids screaming. The settee wasn't clean and it smelt. The kitchen wasn't very user friendly and the outside wasn't very pretty to sit Out.

Walking distance from the town centre and local attractions. Also close to the multi storey car park which was a plus

Not much attention was paid to the outside area. The outside dining table had not been cleaned and the yard in general could have used some weeding to make it more welcoming.

Property was central of Tenby and perfect for long course weekend.

There were steps to the property which we did not know about and we had a pram which made it difficult. Unloading the car was difficult as it was on a main road where you were unable to stop. You could hear the flat upstairs easily which was not great!

Location amazing, 5min talk to shops and restaurants. We were able to park outside. Washing machine with 2 tablets provided. Dish washer and 2 tablets provided. Dish cloths, kitchen roll, towels, soaps, toilet rolls x2 provide. Everything you need in a kitchen, it is there . Fridge with freezer with some sachets of milk. Salt, sauces and shortbread biscuits provided. 4 towels and hand towels provide. Night light in living room. Table chairs in kitchen and garden. 2 bedrooms , 2 double beds . Lots of storage space. Decor is nice , liked the pictures hanging . Mirrors, one in bathroom and one in one bedroom Spacious garden with outside tap and washing line . Dogs are allowed ! Wooden floors everywhere expect the bedrooms. Comfortable bed and pillows . Outside lights

Heard people upstairs, who were loud, noisy and you could hear them walking around . Complained and noise stopped . But you can’t get away from hearing them walking around . Cigarettes on the floor in the garden. Broken kitchen counter top Sofa small . 4 adults could not fit on it Corner of floors dirty Fire place damaged . Smell of mould No hair dryer Your head touches the ceiling when having a shower. No tv channels such on bbc1,itv . Lock key box was tricky to put the code in and in an awkward place . Hard to find . We drove past it a few times. It is on a one way street so there is often traffic behind you.
