There was 8 of us, The rooms were spacious and had everything you need.

The music on Mathew street was going on till 6 o’clock in the morning … didn’t get a wink of sleep .. but it’s okay if you’re going for a short stay. Also could do with an extra pillow as the pillows was really thin. Also there was 8 of us so it was £400 deposit … was expecting to pay about 200 .. as the hotel for 2 nights cost 400.

Booking.com Failed Me Completely – No Support, No Accountability I booked a stay through Booking.com, paid £1,300 in full, and arrived to find the host demanding undisclosed cash payments that completely contradicted the booking terms. When I refused to pay a £100 per person cash deposit (not mentioned anywhere in the confirmation), I was denied entry and left stranded. I contacted Booking.com immediately. Weeks later — still no refund, no accountability, and no real human response. I’ve explained the situation repeatedly and have been ignored or fobbed off with copy-paste replies asking for irrelevant proof of payments I didn’t make — because I was refused service. Booking.com took my money. They confirmed the booking. They had a duty to step in when the host broke the terms. Instead, they’ve failed to protect me or even acknowledge the seriousness of the issue. This platform offers no real protection to customers. Once they’ve got your money, you're on your own.

Good location but very noisy as located in the middle of the bars and clubs.

Good value for the money and central location.
