The only likeable part of the property was its location.

The pictures on booking.com and actual place were misleading. The rooms were extremely small. The staff (David) wasnt helpful at all. There was a smell in the room which he couldnt help with. There was no housekeeping. One of the bulb wasnt working which staff was not able to fix which led to dim light all around the room. There was no cleaning help in the room. Extremely bad service and useless staff. Will never stay at this place again. We asked for an air freshener but staff didnt even know where that is.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming! They made sure we had everything we needed and were really mindful of the Knicks game run over closing time. They moved us inside and set us up in another room to finish the game.

Mattress has a small rut but we still slept well due to being tired from the heat and sun.

Posizione comoda a due passi da Ocean drive. Buon servizio bar e piscina piccola ma piacevole con fornitura teli . Letti comodi.

Camera piccola senza mobili per appoggiare oggetti, bagno con finestra non apribile . Hotel con self checkin quindi senza personale. Pulizia purtroppo approssimativa. Abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio in camera.

Adorei o hotel, ótima localização em south beach, super moderno, funcionários atenciosos. Bom café da manhã incluído, tem piscina !

O portão do hotel fica aberto, achei errado! Deveria ter senha para entrar.
