I wasn’t particularly happy with the check in. The lady in the reception took way too long to explain things in details for everyone in line. And even though we informed 30 minutes in advanced, we had to wait nearly for the valet parking service. If we would have been told we could have left the car in the street instead of waiting for the valet staff, if would have been a whole other thing.

Beautiful, spacious, well appointed rooms with a double-large shower! High ceilings with lovely, painted embellishments everywhere. So close to the center of town, but quiet street. Wonderfully helpful staff!

Good location, parking nearby. Excellent boutique hotel. Comprehensive breakfast. Very helpful check in with good local advice. Would recommend.

The breakfast buffet was very nice and the kitchen staff was great. The room was spacious and had a lot of plugs for electronic devices

The air conditioning in our room never worked! We complained 3 times and nothing was fixed! The could have a least offered us a fan to circulate the air or refunded us part of our room rate.

Lovely room, bathroom and excellent staff. Lack of handrails and elevator were issues.

We had a spacious, comfortable, clean room with a large comfortable bed. The staff, especially the breakfast person, were very nice. We had no problem extending our stay for another night.

The location is not ideal for lugging heavy suitcases; it is in the nest of pedestrian streets in Ortigia. We managed this but it was neither easy nor convenient. It was also tricky to find restaurants open for dinner in this area in the off season.
