Place was well kept and clean. I would stay here again.

Great little apartment if you're looking to stay in Tempe. Communication with this owners was terrific. They sent all the pertinent information and responded quickly if you have a question. The only real downsides are if you're a light sleeper it's very close to the train tracks, and the outside light at the main door is always on and the shades for that door don't block the light very well. Other than that, I had no issues and really enjoyed my stay.

Great location. Within walking distance of great food, shopping, transportation and nightlife. Great communication all the way around. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. If I had to say one negative, it would be that the bed was so hard!

Excellent communication with host, seamless check in & out process. 10/10 would recommend & will be staying here for all future trips.

Ease to acess and quiet

We stayed her cuz we were going to boots in the park. Only a five minute walk to the park. This place was like a studio apartment loved it for the most part there was only a few things we didn’t like. The WiFi wasn’t the best. The porch light shined in the top window so the place never got dark. Lastly the bed was hard. Having laundry was perfect. Loved the fact that there was a full size fridge and had stuff to cook with if wanted. I would rent this again!
