Easy to get to via the Tram from the airport and roughly 10 min walk from the stop. Great location for downtown Tempe. Property comes with everything you need. Communication with the host was very good and information provided for check in etc was thorough and easy to follow.

Parking was difficult at best. Host advised to street park but that’s only for two hours.

PAYING OVER $ 200 FOR A NIGHT IS FAR TOO EXPENSIVE AFTER YOU HAVE STAYED IN WYNN LAS VEGAS FOR FIVE DAYS FOR $350 THAT INCLUDES COUPONS FOR A BREAKFAST
