Kasa Southside Wilmington

We were pleasantly surprised by the space of the apartment. It was fairly comfortable with the slight exception of the beds. The mattresses were less than ideal especially on the sofa sleeper (recommend replacing.) Although not a dealbreaker but the bedroom doors could use WD40, and the cabinets above the refrigerator needs a good wipe down. The location was fantastic. Close to Atlantic and Carolina Beaches, and a plethora of retail stores and restaurants. And the amenities were great as well. We will for sure utilize this space again in the future since we are frequent beach goers that believes spending over $1200 on a single room for a weekend at the beach is ridiculous.

I chose Kasa for the space and same price as a mid range hotel. It is a full size apartment with a huge walk-in closet, a patio with table and chairs, and 2 huge TVs with tons of channel choices. It is an incredible deal and one I will take advantage of every trip to Wilmington. The whole process was also contact free. The door has a key code and no card. Wonderful experience.

Had a great time, easy accessible, very clean

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. The site was incredibly easy to access. They were accommodating with early check-in, offered late check out and extended stay. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend Kasa to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Absolutely amazing!

It's a convenient location in a quiet area. Able to walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Nice to be able to cook a meal rather than go out. Unfortunately, there was no ice in the ice maker, and the cutting boards are not meant to be used for food prep as they are not sealed.
