Had a great time

The quietness and "off the major path" location of this property was exactly what I had in mind when I chose it. I need complete relaxation, and space to self reflect. I was very disappointed in the lack of comfort found in any of the furniture within my unit. Not a chair, or the bed was comfortable for my planned rest. I don't recall the last time I slept in a hard and uncomfortable "hotel bed" and I travel quite a bit. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Kasa as a place to retreat.

Very well maintained, very spacious. This place was awesome to stay at during vacation.

This apartment style hotel stay was quite nice. We definitely recommend to anyone who wants the amenities of a hotel but the space of a home rental. Our 3 day stay included an abundance in f travel to different beaches nearby which three are within 20-25 minutes of this property. Nearby offers a variety of restaurants or quick bite food options. There’s a local grocery store within a short distance as well if you prefer to cook as we did. The pool on site was well kept with ample seating around the area. At night the pool area stays well lit, the property is fairly quiet being a mix of renters and permanent residents. Pool area was never crowded during our stay, they also offer outdoor grills and a fireplace in this area as well. The only complaint I have for our stay was since we were on ground level with a patio entrance attached we had a few pull bugs in the unit but that was about it. Property management was fast responding, keyless entry was easy to use for property access.

The property itself was great. It’s clean everyone we encountered was friendly. The location is convenient to get to most places and a short ride to the beaches . Inside the apts you have everything you need to prepare meals. I recommend running the dishes through the dishwasher for yourself to know they are cleaned properly. Clean,quiet & well located

I was VERY disappointed with my stay at this Kasa property. While the community and the actual apartment was nice, it was disgusting! Either the apartment was not cleaned before we got there, or the cleaning was below subpar. The kitchen was NOT cleaned, utensils were dirty and sticky; the fridge REEKED of fish, like BAD; the linen was not washed and had stains and even stuck on food; someone swept the floor and instead of cleaning up the door, they swept it into the laundry room; there was trash left under the bed in the main bedroom; and the "spare" linen was just as nasty as the linen left in the bathroom. We had to buy all new linen to even be able to stay at the property. The website was glitchy and I had so much difficulty just getting checked in; I couldn't even find the customer support number. There is no "check-in" desk like you would find at a normal hotel. I had such high hopes for this stay because I did a lot of research and heard so many great things; needless to say, we will NOT be staying with Kasa again.

Had an issue with a 3rd party booking system and while it wasn't the hotels fault, no accommodation of any sort was made.

Clean, great location. Bathroom could’ve used some replacements on things that were rusted/dated but overall a good stay.

The pool was heated. About mile away from the mall. Has trash pick up. Just place it outside the door between 5pm and 7pm someone will come pick it up. Spacious apt. Washer and dryer Dislike 1 was dirty not sweated good. 2 Bring your own sheets. 3 toilets should’ve been cleaner. And worst one was fridge smelled like fish. All the food we had in fridge had a tainted taste after being in there the first day.
