Kasa Southside Wilmington

Kasa was so great! Such a lovely place to stay and for a super reasonable price. We had the best time :)

I had two concerns, however what was highly commendable was i already informed them and they immediately texted me back and i feel like i was heard and that it will be fixed, so overal i was extremely satidfied and i would highly recommend them!

Perfect location to stay while traveling for work weeks at a time. Location is safe, apt was clean and spacious. Shower with good hot water. everything within close proximity. Easy check in and out process! I will be back. Looks just like pictures.

Easy check in and out. Clean, big apartment great for couples or small family

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and modern. The check in process was seamless with very clear instructions that even included photos. The location was safe and only a 15 min drive to my vacation destination. Overall, the place was immaculate and clean. The bathrooms were spacious and clean, towels provided as well as a washer and dryer. I dropped one star because the couch was dirty from the last people who stayed at the apartment, looked like the cleaner didn't touch the couch. However, everything else was spotless and I would definitely stay with Kasa again.

The website pictures are legit! Beautiful apartment. Complex was super quiet. So spacious. Kitchen well stocked with Cuisinart pots and pans!, dishes, silverware, and glasses. Dish soap, new sponge, towels, and dishwasher soap provided The beds and pillows are so comfortable that before we left we had to look and see what brand they were. Bathrooms had hand soap, lotion, shampoo, and wonderful towels. Apartment is in a great area of Wilmington. Some of our other family members stayed at hotels nearby. They came and saw our place and won’t make that mistake again. I hope to find a Kasa in all my destinations. Also, the app is super user friendly. Kasa checked in with me every step of the way. Love the keyless entry. If you forget to lock on way in or out, it automatically locks. Highly recommend!

We weren’t real sure where we wanted to stay during our visit to Wilmington. This was a nice centralized location with easy access to downtown, the beaches or shopping. The unit was clean and I appreciated have dish soap, keurig cups and laundry detergent provided. This is at a true apartment building with full time residents living there. I first thought was it’s weird, but ended up being fine. There is ice and coffee in the leasing building too. I would stay here again.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and near a mall and restaurants! If you have multiple guests traveling with you, this could clearly be your home away from home!!

Great property, big space for us and very clean. Good location. Would definitely stay here again.
