Kasa Southside Wilmington

Great place to stay. Very clean, plenty of space and good amenities and supplies. Check in and check out very easy and responsive service if you have questions. It. Good location. Given space and amenities it’s better than hotel nowadays. It’s the perfect place to stay

The apartment was clean, fully equipped with cooking equipment and appliances were excellent. The virtual check in was easy and they offered early check in/out and extensions if needed. The space was super clean, fresh, quiet, and comfortable. The only downside was being near the street you can hear a lot of vehicle noise but easily ignored not a big deal. The two bedrooms offered two full size bathrooms and walk in closet with washer and dryer.

This was a gorgeous apartment with a lot of room! I was really impressed with how clean it was initially but then I decided I wanted to soak in a bath… I scrubbed the tub with bleach (I do this every time at hotels) and when I was done I went to was us it and the water spout ended up pushing so much mold out from under the drain stopper. I pulled the stopper up and it was literally so caked with mold that it wasn’t able to create a seal. That led me to look at other places like that which also had some buildup. Other than that it was great though! We slept amazingly on the bed!

Perfect for a family get-together weekend - was better than we could have imagined. Quiet, lots of privacy, and close to Wilmington's best pizza (Pie's On Pizza - the calzones are huge!) Incredibly clean and well kept. And the Kasa crew were always a te t away to answer small questions. GREAT experience, highly recommended, and will most definitely go Kasa again...the HIGHEST OF FIVES!

This is my first time booking a Kasa property. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The apartment was quite spacious with plenty of room for our family of four. Basic toiletries were provided complimentary along with coffee and tea. Instructions were clear and support was readily available. Would absolutely book again.

Very good combination of cost and quality if you coming by car, located between downtown and the beach, adjusted to the good mall with Whole Foods and some dining options

We were extremely happy with the size of the apartment setting and the place was very clean. It was so nice to have a full kitchen with everything you need. The bed was so comfortable. I don’t have anything negative to say about this place. We will be back again soon!

BEWARE!!!! I reserved a room at their Wilmington North Carolina location for a wedding I was attending. I booked the room from October 15-22nd. I decided to go to Charleston, SC for a few days, as I'd never been there. I asked if I could change my reservation to the 18-22, but they had a no cancellation policy. So I figured I would just pay for the room in SC and double down on the hotel costs for those 3 nights. I drove from SC to NC on the 18th to check in. That's where the nightmare began. I couldn't get access to the room so I contacted the property. After holding for over an hour, I was informed that they had "given my room away" because I hadn't checked into the property on the 15th, yet THEY STILL EXPECTED ME TO PAY FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK! They "double dipped" on the room for that week. I travel often and have NEVER experienced anything like this. I was put in the position to try to find a new room, at the last minute while there was an Ironman going on in town. There were no rooms available anywhere close to Wilmington. I had never been to the area, it's dark and I'm trying to find a place to stay. This company has absolutely no integrity, or business morals. I am a small business owner in California and I would NEVER expect to render NO services, yet require the guest to pay for a hotel they never stepped foot in. They have refused to refund the money (for a room I never saw) therefore, I will be disputing these charges with my bank and will fight this until it's right.
