Kasa Southside Wilmington

⸻ I enjoyed my stay at Kasa Southside Wilmington. It’s perfectly nestled between Wrightsville Beach and Downtown—both just a short drive away. I’ve stayed here before and really appreciated having access to the pool. It was a great alternative when I didn’t feel like dealing with the beach crowds and sand, lol. On this trip, the pool was unfortunately down, so I’d recommend checking in advance if that’s a must-have for you. Other than that, it was a quiet and clean stay. Would definitely return!

One of the nicest places I stayed. Definitely better than a standard hotel.

Easy and quick check-in, huge living area (full apartment) with a full kitchen, nice bathroom, comfy bed, laundry room, and big TVs!

This was a wonderful place to stay during our visit to Wilmington, NC. The location is centrally located and convenient while visiting family. The check in process was so easy and hassle free. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. This was our second year staying here and will continue to choose this one for future stays.

We had a great experience renting from Lasa during Spring Break! Great apartment and quick responses from their management team when we had a questions. Highly recommend these apartments! Very close to our family and restaurants! Plenty of space for our family.

Just a great experience overall. A very nice apartment. I was sick when i showed up, high fever and I grabbed a blanket and was able to rest well even on the couch! I was upgraded for free which was also nice. The self checkin and checkout process is different than usual but very easy! I will use them again when i can.

Place was so convenient to get in and out of. Super clean! And just amazing place for a family. Located in a great quiet location. 10/10 Recommend for sure!

Nice place but had some noticeable issues but communication was good to resolve my issues so far

The traffic noise was high, with a major thoroughfare nearby. The property was well-located, lots of shopping nearby and grocery stores close by. Easy drive to downtown and to the airport.
