Kasa Southside Wilmington

Just getting through a 14 hour drive to NC we had no idea what our Kasa was going to be like. We were extremely surprised at the apartment and how clean and nicely decorated it was. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was so easy to communicate through the virtual front desk. All responses were detailed and they got back to within minutes. We will definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very nice and clean. It made for a relaxing place to stay while visiting downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. I received all the necessary communication from the property to make check in and check out very easy.

This was truly a home away from home. Would definitely recommend to families who need a little extra space while traveling and who want a full kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely use Kasa again!

The place was conveniently located and had pool access. Inside the apt it was nice. Around the property people are friendly and you can walk the trail and perimeter of the area. Housekeeping didn’t do that great of a job cleaning our unit. We had some issues with the furniture, a broken chair and the slats on the bed were unaligned. The virtual front desk works hard at trying to meet your needs. I hope they addressed the concerns left for maintenance and housekeeping Overall the place is fairly quiet however at night you can hear all the cars going by.
