Pensione Sorriso

Great and friendly staff, who showed me around and told me all about the facilities and the great terrace that was overlooking the town. Hotel was located a bit above the train station so most of the tourists did not pass it. This made it a pretty calm place to stay 👍

Fantastiskt charmigt litet hotell, personligt med underbar personal, speciellt tjejen som jobbar i receptionen, väldigt hjälpsam och kunnig om området. Läget är utmärkt, kunde inte varit bättre. Frukosten är också helt fantastisk med stort varierat utbud. Vi skulle definitivt vilja bo här också igen!!!

Staying at Pensione Sorriso was like staying with family. We had a problem getting two of our family members to the hotel after the trains stopped running. Evelyn quickly jumped in to help us make arrangements for a ride. She ensured that they arrived safely at the hotel.

There are a lot of stairs, so guests need to be careful when going into and out of the room and hotel.

After our long trek into town from Monterosso, exhausted and looking for a nice stay, we were greeted warmly and efficiently by Eveline. She showed us around the hotel, perfectly located in the adorable town of Vernazza and even made a reservation for dinner for us which was ideal! The hotel lobby, dining area, and rooms are clean and have everything you need. The breakfast was very good as well, I highly recommend the Pensione Sorriso!

Great stay for us as a ccouple. Just some meters from the train station of Vernazza and quite in the center.

The property is very nice. Breakfast was included and was delicious and fresh. The staff is the highlight of this stay. Eveline was personable and fun! The entire staff were friendly and sweet and very welcoming. This hotel was very close to the train, shopping , and great restaurants.

Nice pension in the center of Vernazza. The receptionist was very helpful, showing and explaining everything. They have a great outdoor café and garden. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was also nice.

As our windows faced the city, we could hear passing trains early in the morning, which was a bit disruptive.

The place was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast very good. Easy to get to anywhere you want in Cinque Terre.
