Luxury 1-bedroom Apartment - Central Dundee

Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Het ligt op loopafstand van het centrum (25 min ofzo). De lidl zit op 1 min loop afstand. Alles staat heel duidelijk omschreven en het inchecken enzo is super overzichtelijk. Contact met eigenaren is makkelijk en vriendelijk.

De badkamer rook muf, een beetje als vocht of schimmel ofzo. Het was ook erg gehorig, de honden van de buren hoor je goed blaffen.

I liked that it was outwith the city to minimise noise. It was a cosy property with everything you could need, very modern property

The bed is so uncomfortable for a stay when sharing with someone. The noise upstairs is something out of the hosts control but it effected the stay

Lovely apartment had everything you need in it and the decor was lovely.

Location however we were never bothered by anyone.

Was there for early check-in couldn't get in was told to come back in an hour although clearly says 1 was not ready and host told us to come back at 2pm so property was not as clean because it was obviously just a quick clean then knock on the door in the morning from cleaning staff although paid for late checkout host phoned me and I had to tell them I had purchased this badly organised and upstairs neighbours fighting and making lots of noise too!!

The apartment was neat and tidy, mostly modern/renovated. The kitchen was good to prepare meals and lounge spacious enough.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel every spring in the mattress and there was a large sag in the middle. The sofa in the lounge was very uncomfortable to sit on. The host insisted on payment outside the usual booking.com payment process, direct to them. They also take a damage deposit which sits pending on your credit card until they chose to release it. There is no way that you can control this deposit, even if there was no damage caused they could still take the deposit because they have all of your credit card details. This left us feeling uncomfortable in their apartment and paranoid. The upstairs residents are very loud, slamming doors and stomping at all hours of the night. I recommend you read all of the other reviews.

Spacious on ground floor so no extra stairs to carry up luggage .
