Luxury 1-bedroom Apartment - Central Dundee

The apartment was very spacious and exceptionally clean

Kate had everything required to be self sufficient in the apartment, including instructions for appliances and suggestions for local area pubs & sightseeing. Kate was very prompt at returning calls and very pleasant to converse with.

The apartment is lovely and had everything we wanted. Nice to do laundry and cook a meal. Though it would have been nice to have more than 1 wine glass

Booking process confusing as had various emails re deposits and payments etc. Not done through booking.com. Initially thought these were spam. Also would warn future guests here to advise hosts if anything in apartment is cracked or broken as we were charged for a broken glass in the cupboard and also for a missing bin lid.

Fantastic apartment, great decor, clean and tidy. Location was perfect, with lots of parking and a supermarket just across the road. I would highly recommend. I would definitely stay again.

the flat was spotlessly clean and well appointed. It was set up for our arrival with the use of the sofa bed and the kitchen living area whilst not large is more than adequate for use.

Getting in the front door of the block was a bit tricky as the lock was a bit difficult. That is not necessarily something that the hosts could control as it is a communal door. It is not clear that a £100 refundable cleaning fee deposit has to be paid on top of the payment for the property which could be made clearer for guests.

A great location for this ground floor flat. It was clean and well looked after. Easy instructions to gain access. Owner was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. No hesitation in booking in the future.

Could do with blinds that fit the windows, especially in the bedroom. Too much light comes in.

Location was excellent, we were driving so for us it was about 10 minutes to centre. Lidl across the road was a huge plus. Hosts were very responsive to questions. If I find myself in Dundee in the future I'd definitely come here again.

Second bed (sofa bed) in living room wasn't too comfortable.

Host were lovely and had everything you needed to be comfortable

Didn’t have the greatest smell out the front that could linger into apartment but not Major

Good space

Very uncomfortable bed Exceptionally noisy with people in stairwell and door banging (at entrance to unit block) at all hours.

The flat was stunning, was able to park outside the front door also there was an Lidl at the bottom of the street which is a bonus if you need to find somewhere for shopping.
